Hello,as not new to FlightGear, or to the forum, but now more often and regulary using FlightGear, I'm running into headaches

My Joystick is a Speedlink Phantom Hawk, and plugged via USB into a Mac, running FlightGear 3.5 (nightly-latest) on OS X 10.10.3
Starting FlightGear, going into Joystick-Configuration, configuring Axis and Buttons, then editing the XML for dead-bands and offset, reloading Input, taxiing and flying, is OK. But now: starting FlightGear again, the configuration is gone, fresh, complete new. How can I solve this?
The Joystick is recognized as a PC-Gamecontroller, the XML has the same name. Even copying the XML to ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/FlightGear/Data/Input, or to the corresponding folder in the App itself doesn't help.
Any solution, or tipp, what's going on?
